3x Grammy Award Winning Native American Singer/Songwriter Bill Miller paid tribute to the WATERS in a July 10th concert to benefit the Lake Monona Water Walk 2015.

Local musicians joined together to perform “With My Own Two Hands” by Jack Johnson. This ‘theme song’ for the 2015 Lake Monona Water Walk was chosen to inspire STEWARDSHIP of our local watershed and global water resources.

Special guests included Monona Mayor Bob Miller, Dane County Executive Joe Parisi, Traditional Dancer Art Shegonee, Lake Monona Water Walk Coordinator Dianné Jean Aldrich, Ojibway Elder Joe Rose and spokesperson for Grand Chief Edward Benton-Benai was Dr. Brian McIness.
