Core and Restore at UW Health with Dianné Jean Aldrich
Each week we learn to identify, align, restore and strengthen a key muscle group of the core body. Attention to individual form compliments periods of deep guided rest, allowing the body to heal and nurture.
Meditation in Motion on Mondays at UW Health with Dianné Jean Aldrich
Take a short break from your day and set the tone for your week ahead. Relieve physical tension, mental stress, emotional imbalance and energetic stagnation. Meditation in Motion will offer you the gifts of joy, ease and increased focus and productivity.
Summer offers a 4 week series that meets every Monday from 11:30 – 12:00 noon, beginning July 10th, 2017. Held in the Meditation Room, Room 1309. Cost $25. REGISTER HERE
During this 8-week course, you will team up with our professional chef, dietitian, exercise specialist and health psychologist to gain practical skills to cook and move your way to greater health and well-being.
